The primary goal is to enhance the site's potential by introducing three distinct houses, each meticulously crafted to embody a blend of community and privacy.
Every aspect of the design has been carefully considered as we love to create family-friendly and functional living spaces,. The strategic orientation of the residences not only maximises natural light but also provides panoramic views of the surrounding seascape.
To promote a sense of community, the project incorporates a shared parking courtyard, ensuring convenience and organisation for all residents.
The ground floor acts as the engine room of each home, housing practical elements such as the garage, storage, utility room, and plant room. Additionally, residents can enjoy the luxury of a dedicated gym or cinema space, adding a touch of indulgence to daily living.
Moving up to the first floor, the focus shifts to family living.
